Single-origin Arabica grown in the volcanic highlands of Baoshan, hand-picked at 1,800 meters above sea level. Clean acidity, bright stone-fruit notes, and a smooth caramel finish — the signature character of Asia's most underestimated coffee origin.
Yunnan accounts for over 98% of China's coffee production, but the world is only beginning to discover what serious cuppers have known for years: the volcanic soil, monsoon climate, and high altitude of southwestern Yunnan produce Arabica beans that rival the finest origins in Latin America.
Our beans come from a network of smallholder farms surrounding Baoshan, where the Gaoligong Mountains create a unique microclimate of warm days, cool nights, and consistent rainfall. The cherries are hand-picked at peak ripeness, wet-processed at origin, and sun-dried on raised African beds for 18–22 days.
Available as green beans for roasters, custom-roasted whole bean, or contract-roasted private label. Specialty grades (SCA 84+) and commercial grades both available.
