China is now the world's largest producer of macadamia nuts — and Yunnan is the heart of that production. Our partner orchards in Lincang were planted with Australian-origin varieties in the 1990s and now yield some of the most consistent, oil-rich macadamia kernels available globally.
Beyond macadamia, Yunnan's Dali region has produced walnuts for over 1,500 years. The high altitude and pure mountain water produce kernels with a clean, sweet, low-tannin profile that commands premium prices in European and Middle Eastern markets.
